Wembley Park Winterfest

Immersive light trail through the Bobby Moore Bridge and on Totems on White Horse Way and Olympic Way outside Wembley Stadium.

A new site-specific commission for Bobby Moore Bridge, Siân Bliss’ new work seeks to remind visitors that we are all united under the same sky, a theme throughout Wembley Park’s 2020 Christmas lights. Scenes of a winter’s sky illuminate the underpass as a crescent moon, sun, and aurora borealis slowly move across this much-celebrated passageway. Lighting hardware is specified by Speirs + Major, and installed by The Light Lab, as part of a regeneration project led by Dixon Jones Architects.
